Peter has joined Hentys with a wealth of expertise in various Commercial, Property, Litigation, IP, and Employment experience, with a special interest in Wills, Estates and matters of Probate. Prior to Peter’s career in law, he has developed diverse skills from the strength and endurance required growing up in a rural farming family, followed by an extensive military career. Peter has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Sport Management).
Timothy has been recognised as a leading consultant in workers compensation, health and safety, and discrimination matters, since 1989. Timothy’s practice includes all aspects of workers compensation, workplace safety, workplace investigations and employment relations predominantly within the Asia-Pacific region. Timothy advises his clients strategically on injury prevention and workers compensation claim management, and in all other related issues. He has a wealth of experience across industries, including companies in mining, transport, banking, local and state governments, construction, manufacturing, labour-hire, retail and hospitality.
George joined Hentys in 2021 and is quickly proving his capabilities in supporting clients both procedurally and compassionately in our Wills, Probate, Commercial and Estates area. George demonstrates his intellect on a daily basis with his quick wit and solid interest and understanding of the law in areas of commercial, intellectual property, crime, employment, and wills and estate matters. Prior to joining Hentys, George worked in legal and administrative support roles whilst studying to complete a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Criminology, followed by a Juris Doctorate in Law at Melbourne University.
